Responsibilities 1.According to the company's strategy, be fully responsible for the business operation and management of VeSync in the Eastern European market. Formulate and implement the business development plan for the Eastern European market to promote the growth of sales performance and achieve the annual sales targets. 2.Thoroughly understand the characteristics of the Eastern European market and the needs of customers. Establish close cooperative relationships with local customers, distributors, retailers, etc., and maintain a good customer cooperation ecosystem. 3.Collect and analyze information about the Eastern European market, including market dynamics, competitor situations, and customer needs. Timely adjust the company's marketing strategies and product positioning to adapt to market changes. 4.Organize and participate in local marketing promotion activities to enhance brand awareness and product influence and promote product sales. 5.Coordinate various departments within the company to ensure the coordinated operation of product supply, technical support, after-sales service, etc., and provide customers with high-quality overall solutions. 6.Be responsible for the construction and management of the Eastern European team. Cultivate and motivate team members to improve the overall performance of the team. Qualifications 1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Trade,or a related fields. 2.Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Master local languages in Eastern Europe is a plus. 3.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management; 4.Successful track record in sales management in small home appliance industry and 3C Electronic Products; 5.Keen market insight, business negotiation skills and customer relationship management skills. 6.Excellent communication and coordination skills, team management skills and problem-solving abilities. 7.Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, able to adapt to frequent travel and a fast-paced work environment
