Colliers International is recruiting for an manager to lead the Shenzhen branch marketing and communications, enhancing our brand equity, managing content campaigns and delivering lead-generating marketing. Working closely with the Managing Director, Shenzhen, this role collaborates with the regional marketing platform to produce class-leading marketing for our real estate business lines and leaders.
The role leads the creative, content, media and events programme across traditional and digital media channels for the shenzhen region, to promote influential Colliers content with our national business lines and research team, aligned to national strategy and regional campaigns.
Working with a variety of stakeholders from across the business in South China, and drawing on regional resource, you will proactively develop content and service marketing campaigns for the enterprise, to position Colliers International as the leader in our real estate services to clients. Our marketing is communicated through the full breadth of media including digital, print and social as well as through our regular programme of in-house and industry events.
Skills & Experience 1 University graduate from Journalism, Communications, Language or related disciplines. 2 With at least 5 years’ experience in a communications role in PR agencies. Preferable with exposure in real estate industry. 3 Strong media relation network with commercial real estate journalists. 4 Proven track record in managing media events and producing excellent written English and Chinese copies (eg. Press releases, feature articles, speeches,etc). 5 Computer literacy in MS Office.
