1.Familar with ODM/OEM process, able to leading the internal and external project team efficiently
2.Responsible for the overall success of OCP projects to deliver the new offers on target
3.Accountable for the project initiation and planning, stakeholders management and communication
4.Manage the project scope, schedule, resource and budget commitment
5.Continually identify and proactively manage project risks & issues, ensure the execution of corrective action plans

1.熟悉ODM/OEM产品开发流程，能够高效的领导公司内外的项目团队完成项目目标
2.负责OCP项目的整体目标达到项目要求
3.主导项目的开始，计划，项目相关方的管理和及时有效的沟通
4.项目过程中，做好项目范围，计划，团队以及项目预算的管理
5.及时发现项目中的风险和问题，带领团队采取有效的解决措施，保证正确的执行


Qualification
1.At least 5 years project management experience, professional project management knowledge and skills.
2.Excellent leadership, communication skills.
3.Good command in both written and spoken English, good English presentation.
4.Have the experience in Electrical industry.
5.PMI certified is preferred.
