GL Accountant
Location: Shenzhen
You will get your hand on the following exciting tasks:
1. AC transactions review.
2. Inventory & costing review and validation.
3. Master data maintenance.
4. AC reconciliation and report analysis.
5. Working processes review and optimization.
6. Data uploading and validation.
7. Collaboration with crosses functions covering AP, AR, global function and business/operation teams.
8. Support oversea entities closing/reporting ahoc tasks.
9. Involve with internal/external audit as well as tax filing.
10. Support ERP system upgrade/transfer.
11. Ad-hoc assignments from direct manager.
We imagine the following sounds like you:
1. Bachelor degree or above with Finance/Accounting relevant major.
2. 3~5 years of finance relevant working experience. Manufactory working experience is preferred.
3. Open minded & Good communications.
4. Good at logic thinking.
5. Be proactive with curiosity and can work under pressure.
6. Good at English covering oral English.
7. Familiar with financial ERP systems and related analysis tooling.
8. Quick learner and willing for challenges and continuous learning.
9. Computer skills are required.
