Talent Acquisition 1.Assist in the coordination and execution of recruitment activities from candidates sourcing, interview, salary negotiation, reference check, employment offer and employee onboarding process. 2.Assist in posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and social media channels. 3.Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. 4.Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role. 5.Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates. 6.Coordinate with H&S for hearing screenings of new hires 7.Assist in vacancies and recruitment reports and maintenance, supplies the valid and accurate data when making different analysis. 8.Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing onboarding and orientation materials.
Communication and project support 1.Assist with new employee orientation. 2.Assist in various communication sessions\events. 3.Manage code of conduct annually renewal and office supplies purchasing, etc. 4.Assist in various projects to impact employer branding.
HR dispatching company management 1.Assist in line manager and procurement team to update dispatching companies and contracts. 2.Assist in line manager to coordinate with dispatching company to ensure they can deliver appropriate labours timely to meet business needs and legal requirements during labour sourcing, interview, pre-job occupational check etc. 3.Coordinate with C&B\ADM\H&S team to ensure the smoothly onboarding process for all temporary workers. 4.Other ac-hoc. assigned by line manager
Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2.Good command of spoken and written English. 3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4.Strong organizational and time management skills. 5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 6.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
