Responsibilities
80Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups
80Resolve user support tickets
80Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
80Support team members and monitor user adoption of CargoWise tools in our organization
80Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed
80Create and maintain security groups, monitoring/auditing activity as necessary, and manage membership assignment
80Document system settings and changes as required, and monitor user training when applicable
80Audit staff profiles and security groups and advise stakeholders of any changes
80Configure Branch, Company and Agent setup and revision including change of address and branch mapping
80Collaborate with local IT resources to assist in warehouse setup (location and package types), import products for warehouse and brokerage from legacy systems
80Import IATA rates and train local IT resources on how to import IATA rates
80Provide Vessel upload and data in conjunction with Master Data Management and integration Team members
80Coordinate workflow and procedures
80Update charge codes after approval is received and make Tax ID changes as needed including overriding settings and editing/distributing messages as needed
80Maintain update communication and confirm resolution with end users or CargoWise.
80Compile feature requests based on incident information and submit change requests within C1 according to standard process
80Manage printer assignment according to login groups
80Monitor customer service tasks queue for administration requests
80Provide support to end users whenever possible, or escalate to CargoWise
80Communicate changes to system end users when necessary
80Manage Process Controller Service for tasks and stop or restart as needed

Requirements and skills
80Proven work experience as a CargoWise Administrator
80Certified CW1 practitioner.
80Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of the system
80Experience in performing upgrades and ensuring successful integration
80Exceptional ability to create and maintain the databases
80In-depth knowledge of CargoWise products and their functionalities
80Ideally, experience with the implementation of CargoWise
