In Scope
61 Coordinate with contract manufacturers to ensure testing procedures follow SOPs and EMC standards
61 Collaborate with EMC and cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve SW/FW issues that impede testing
61 Prepare and execute EMC test plans
61 Review EMC test data, prepare test reports, and debug anomalous results in collaboration with Apple engineers
61 Maintain and verify performance of EMC test equipment
61 Track equipment calibration schedules and coordinate calibration with third party partners
61 Develop, customize, and maintain scripts to be used during EMC testing
Success Criteria/Definition of Done
61 Completion of EMC validation for all development builds and ORT for supported projects
61 Completion of lab bringup and implementation of verification and calibration processes at SARL and SARL2
Tehnical Requirements
61 Experience testing and debugging prototype consumer electronics, including software/firmware and EMC issues
61 Familiarity with EMC test standards including EN 55022, EN55032, IEC 61000-3-3, IEC 61000-4-2, IEC 61000-4-3, IEC 61000-4-4, IEC 61000-4-5, IEC 61000-4-6, IEC 61000-4-11, and ETSI 301 489-7
61 Experience supervising and performing EMC testing, with a focus on quality assurance and process optimization
61 Familiarity with lab equipment and maintenance procedures, including calibration and verification of ESD guns, surge testers, receivers, oscilloscopes, SAs, VNAs, cables, amplifiers, LISNs, and CDNs
61 Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar for test automation and data collection
61 Experience in product testing and validation at contract manufacturers and at ISO 17025 accredited labs is a plus
61 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese with experience generating technical reports
