*Roles & responsibilities
1.System Design and Implementation: Design and implement complex network and firewall architectures; lead technical project teams and mentor network/systems engineers; conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments, oversee and implement security measures
2.System Monitoring and Maintenance: design and oversee performance testing and analysis. Monitor network traffic and security logs for anomalies, proactively identify and resolve anomalies and potential issues, lead quality assurances to continuously improve project and task execution
3.Troubleshooting, Support and documentation: Diagnose and resolve complex system and network issues. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the ICT Team and stakeholders. Oversee and implement processes for a comprehensive network documentation
Team training, knowledge exchange and collaboration with other ICT teams to ensure network security integration
4.System Performance: A fully operational and functional network infrastructure, optimized network performance and resource utilization. Proactive system management, Minimal network downtime and disruptions. Timely resolution of network and firewall issues
5.System Security: Reduced risk of security breaches and data loss; secure and reliable network services for users, compliance with security policies and industry standards
6.Improved incident response and recovery capabilities, increased business continuity
7.Effective collaboration with architects, partners and ICT teams to refine network designs.
8.Project Success: The successful implementation of ICT project, changes, as well as systems upgrades within budget and timeline
9.Increased business agility, efficient and functional systems and process implementation: Good user experience, Service Desk, comprehensive valid and up to date systems documentation.
*Skills & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
-5+ years' experience in the field of ICT network infrastructure services, firewall setup, configurations and maintenance, computing centers, cyber security
-ICT Infrastructure and backend services, ICT network (WAN, LAN, etc.), active network components (firewalls, switches, etc.), computing centers, cloud computing, cyber security, project management
-Good written and reading English, preferable for good verbal English communication skills.
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Self-driven and reliable; juggle a multitude of tasks some with very short notice. Non-prestigious and humble person who understands that running a fast-growing/innovation company.
-Good Communication capability and team spirit.
-Accommodate occasional travel
