Job Responsibilities:
1、Determine the structure scheme of the PACK battery pack based on customer requirements or market feedback.
2、Be responsible for the 3D design of lithium battery PACK, the preparation of 2D drawings for structural parts, the formulation of inspection methods for structural parts, as well as providing assembly and test guidance, and conduct functional verification of products in cooperation with other engineers.
3、Take charge of the design of structural DFMEA, sort out and release technical documents such as the BOM of structural parts under control.
4、Be responsible for the selection of component materials, the testing of supplier samples, and the approval of materials.
5、Optimize the product structure design to reduce manufacturing risks and costs.
6、Solve abnormal customer complaints, summarize accumulated experience, and avoid historical problems.
Job Requirements:
1、Bachelor's degree or above. Fresh overseas graduates are welcome.
2、Major in machinery-related fields and have an interest in new energy batteries.
3、Be familiar with the layout and assembly processes of square, cylindrical and pouch electrical appliances, and understand the structural characteristics of electrical appliances.
4、Be proficient in using 2D/3D design software.
5、Be familiar with lithium batteries and have a certain understanding of the norms and standards in the lithium battery industry.
