Complete the mechanical design work of the product according to the project schedule, including 3D/2D and the documents required for project review.
Prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) and provide the information needed for product quotation.
Conduct tolerance analysis for product design and provide Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) reports.
Follow up the sample production, analyze the defective problems occurred during the sample-making process and provide improvement solutions.
Follow up the product testing and verification, analyze the defective problems occurred during the testing process and provide improvement solutions.
Approve the structural components, including plastic parts, metal parts, packaging parts, etc.
Provide technical support for the products in the mass production stage and engineering changes.
A full-time undergraduate degree or above is required. Those with rich experience can be relaxed to a full-time college degree. English reading and writing skills are required, and those with good spoken English are preferred.
At least 4 years of experience in the structural design of adapters or chargers.
Be familiar with the molding process and surface treatment of plastic products.
Be good at product structural design, including plastic parts and metal parts, etc., and be familiar with the process requirements of relevant mold manufacturing.
Be familiar with the steps of product defect analysis, and possess good data analysis capabilities and report compilation abilities.
Have the operation skills of relevant software such as Creo or UG.
Have an innovative spirit and strong stress resistance.
