岗位在客户办公室办公,能接受者投递 Responsibility: (1) read social audit reports, validate them (from admin perspective, not technical perspective), send a summary of recommendations based on Carrefour rules - 50% of time. (2) support on our internal traceability tool : 40% of the time. -> use excel to do some updates in the tool every week (basic vlookup & excel skills). -> delete / update references as needed. -> act as line of defense / CS / help desk for suppliers to reach out in case of questions on the traceability tool - answer questions by themselves and if too complex to escalate to Carrefour. (3) 10% - variable workload - upload excel supply chain data into sentinel (Carrefour alert system tool) for alert system management. Requirement: 1. Digital savviness and interest / ability to learn is the most important. 2. 1-2 years of social audit background / exposure, to understand the very basics of social auditing. There is no need to be an expert. Just enough knowledge to understand how to read a social audit report. Benefit is if the person can detect some red flags / major risks (i.e. shared building, etc.), but this can also be trained. 3. Have BSCI/ICS experience is plus, Fluent in Office skills(Excel , Word). 4. Strong English is required, Mandarin is a benefit. This is an external and Internal stakeholder facing role. 5. Able to travel for work, expected 3-5 days/month.
