about the job. The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial compliance, overseeing financial operations, and supporting business growth in our Mexican operations.
Job Responsibilities 1. 02Tax Management: 61 02Ensure compliance with Mexican tax regulations and handle tax filings, tracking, and resolution of tax-related matters. 61 02Communicate with local tax authorities to ensure adherence to Mexican tax laws and regulations. 2. 02Financial Digitalization Compliance: 61 02Assist the headquarters in ensuring that the digital financial system complies with Mexican legal and tax requirements. 61 02Participate in the localization and launch of cloud-based financial systems for the local market. 3. 02Financial Supervision and Compliance: 61 02Supervise the accuracy and timeliness of local financial data and assist the headquarters in monitoring financial processes. 61 02Ensure that local financial reporting meets the requirements of the headquarters and provide regular financial statements and data analysis to the headquarter’s finance department. 4. 02Cross-Departmental Collaboration: 61 02Collaborate with local business, procurement, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of financial and operational activities. 5. 02Support for Local Business Development: 61 02Provide financial support and advice to ensure that business development is aligned with financial compliance. 61 02Assist local management in interpreting financial data and providing recommendations to support business decisions.
Qualifications 61 02Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 61 02Proven experience in a Finance Manager role, preferably in an multi-national company. 61 02Strong knowledge of Mexican tax laws and regulations. 61 02Experience with digital financial systems and cloud-based solutions. 61 02Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data. 61 02Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. 61 02Fluent in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal. 61 02Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to the role.
