What a typical day looks like:
61Ensure quality control, product quality and process control, internal audit and training etc. meet company and customers’ requirement.
61Manage Quality Assurance Department to perform the following tasks:
61Product and process control: SPC control, reshipment sample audit and manufacturing process audit.
61Prepare quality reports, establish quality improvement program, draft Quality Engineering Instructions, resolve customer return materials or goods, manage equipment calibration administration works, and handle customer complaint.
61ISO Quality Management System Training (ISO 13485 preferable) and document control and support Internal quality system audit
61Participate in Quality System planning, development, maintaining and improvement.
61Using the established quality metrics, the QA Manager would lead regular quality review meetings to analyze performance data, identify root causes of quality issues, and collaboratively develop action plans for improvement with customer.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
618+ years quality working experience in PCBA
61Medical device product experience is preferred
61Have people management experience been in similar position
61Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred
