Main Responsibilities: 1. Office Administration: - Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations. - Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including maintenance and repairs. 2. Workspace Management: - Coordinate with facilities management for any office renovations or moves. - Manage relationships with property management and service providers for office maintenance and services. 3. Human Resources Support: - Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including office setup and initial training. - Support HR with employee engagement activities and office culture initiatives. 4. Financial Support: - Manage the office budget, including tracking expenses and cost-saving. - Process invoices and payments for office-related services, fixed assets, etc. 5. Project Management: - Oversee special projects related to office operations, such as technology upgrades or process improvements. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks. 6. Other responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of administrative staff. - Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and resolve issues. - Complete the tasks assigned by superior and senior management.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 2.
