职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. Office Administration:
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including maintenance and repairs.
2. Workspace Management:
- Coordinate with facilities management for any office renovations or moves.
- Manage relationships with property management and service providers for office maintenance and services.
3. Human Resources Support:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including office setup and initial training.
- Support HR with employee engagement activities and office culture initiatives.
4. Financial Support:
- Manage the office budget, including tracking expenses and cost-saving.
- Process invoices and payments for office-related services, fixed assets, etc.
5. Project Management:
- Oversee special projects related to office operations, such as technology upgrades or process improvements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
6. Other responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of administrative staff.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
- Complete the tasks assigned by superior and senior management.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or a similar role, with proven success in leading a team.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. **Mandatory skills**
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and judgement in handling sensitive information.
