*The role The primary responsibility for this role is production of technical support and quality control and improvement.

*Main Roles & responsibilities: - Responsible for new product/ version upgrade related documents, includes drawing release, working instructions, data/report maintain, standard, workflow follow up. - Responsible for working instruction edit, update, and print to shop floor, tools & fixtures design and improvement - Provide technical support and technical solution for the problems happened in production and equipment, equipment maintain. -Work station design, layout set up, line balance study and optimization, capacity analysis and productivity improvement, routing & work center creation, modify and maintain - Coordinate with quality for quality issues cause analysis, and provide technical support -Work with warehouse team for line material replenishment method which align with line needs, define locations for every single material, establish and maintain PFEP of materials - Implement IE method and LEAN concept in the assembly line to support the production performance improvement, provide lean and IE knowledge training to related functions. - Responsible for assembly line layout set up, workstation design & optimization and standardization. - Work closely with other departments Quality, Production, Planning, PE and so on, to evaluation and make problem solving, Responsible for standardized assembly reporting, Support on logistic efficiency improvement. -Assist R&D department for production development and produce. - Complete other tasks assigned by the company or superior.
*Skills & experience: - College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering/IE/quality/Material or similar - Manufacturing or assembly experience more than 2 years. - Has good understanding and experience about lean manufacturing - understanding and application of broad range of industrial engineering tools (eg. Time study, kanban, process mapping, quick changeover, Ergonomic ,etc) - Good written and reading English, good verbal English communication skills is plus. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel ,PPT and Outlook Proficient in SAP and ERP system operations. - Self-driven and reliable; juggle a multitude of tasks some with very short notice. Non-prestigious and humble person who understands that running a fast-growing/innovation company. - Good Communication capability and team spirit.
