Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven International Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will focus on driving sales and business development for our IVD products in international markets. Based in Shenzhen, China, this role requires a dynamic professional who is comfortable working across diverse markets and cultures, and is willing to travel internationally for client meetings, exhibitions, and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1.Sales and Business Development
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in target international markets.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, clients, and key stakeholders.
Achieve sales targets and expand market share for IVD products globally.
2.Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to specific markets.
3.Client Engagement
Manage client communications, including inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
Deliver product presentations and provide technical support to potential clients.
Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
4.Exhibition and Trade Shows
Represent the company at international exhibitions and conferences.
Prepare and present product portfolios to prospective customers and partners.
Network with industry professionals to generate leads and establish partnerships.
5.Marketing and Strategy
Develop and prepare marketing content for international audiences, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the design and product teams to create impactful and visually appealing marketing materials.
Design and execute marketing campaigns that align with international sales strategies.
Utilize digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and reach across global markets.
Support the development of localized content to meet the needs of specific markets.
6.Internal Collaboration
Work closely with the R&D, marketing, and production teams to ensure products meet market needs.
Provide feedback to the product team based on market and customer insights.
Qualification and Requirements:
1.Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Laboratory, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Business, or related field;
2.Experience:
Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the IVD and medical devices.
Proven track record of achieving international sales targets.
3.Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage clients and key stakeholders both internally and externally
Language: fluent in English and Mandarin is a must; additional language skills relevant to target markets are a plus.
Strong knowledge of IVD products and laboratory practice is a plus, quick learning capability;
Execution: ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment;
4.Travel:
Willing to travel internationally as needed.
Special note: This position is not limited to the city of residence and can be stationed in any city across the country
