Job Summary The Supply Chain and RFQ Coordinator will be responsible for receiving and processing RFQs, managing vendor MTOs (Material Take-Offs), developing new supply chain options, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams, including engineering and quality control. This position requires a proactive individual with strong skills in order tracking, production monitoring, and logistics oversight to ensure on-time and quality deliveries for our clients.
Key Responsibilities - Receive, review, and organize RFQ packets. - Compile, analyze, and submit RFQ requests to vendors. - Evaluate vendor quotations and identify optimal sourcing solutions. - Process MTOs and collaborate with vendors to meet production requirements. - Develop additional supply chain options and strengthen vendor relationships. - Work closely with engineering and quality control teams to align technical and quality standards. - Provide clear communication to ensure supply chain operations meet client expectations. - Track and monitor orders, production timelines, and delivery schedules. - Manage shipments and oversee logistics to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries. - Address delays or issues proactively and communicate updates to stakeholders. - Innovate and implement systems that streamline supply chain operations. - Contribute to the development of best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, RFQ processing, or a similar role in comparable companies. - Proven ability to manage vendors, track shipments, and oversee logistics. - Strong collaboration skills with internal teams such as engineering and quality control. - Self-motivated and passionate about process improvement and creating innovative systems. - Experience working with Korean or Japanese companies is highly desirable but not required. - Logistics and shipment management experience is a plus. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
