Outside Sales Representative Reporting to the General Manager, this position is responsible for assisting with the smooth running of outside sales and service support in general.
Responsibilities 1、Provide excellent service support to clients overseas and in North America, assigned by the Sales Manager, including pricing proposal, service follow-up, notification on price/service updates, etc. 2、Build and maintain long-term client relationships through various channels, by performing outgoing calls and virtual meetings 3、Support Sales Manager to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets, and generate sales forecast 4、Identify potential customers/business opportunities 5、Assist the Sales Manager with business strategic planning 6、Other duties as assigned by the management
Qualifications and Skills 1、Post-secondary education, preferably in Business Administration /Marketing/Supply Chain 2、Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel 3、Professional maturity and demonstrated ability to take initiative, to work independently and follow through on work assignments 4、Competency to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and treat sensitive information with discretion 5、Personable and courteous in working relationships with clients and colleagues 6、Proactive, collaborative, and demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team environment 7、Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders 8、Excellent time management, multi-tasking skills, and the ability to adjust to changing priorities 9、Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks 10、Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills 11、Ability to establish rapport with people from diverse backgrounds 12、Ability to maintain a positive, outgoing attitude with genuine customer service orientation
