职位描述
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team and driving DP World's business growth by acquiring new customer, retaining and growing existing ones. The role includes developing and executing sales strategies, acquiring key accounts, and building strong client relationships. This position plays a pivotal role in expanding DP World's logistics footprint and achieving the company's sales KPIs in Greater China Cluster.

负责领导销售团队,推动DP World业务增长,通过获取新客户和持续开发现有客户,达成公司目标。该岗位包括制定并执行销售战略、获取关键客户和建立良好的客户关系,对扩大DP World物流业务覆盖范围并实现中国区销售关键绩效指标起到关键作用。

Key Accountabilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Set performance goals and regularly evaluate team progress.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets set by DP World.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key BCO.
- Identify and lead the sales individuals to convert potential leads into long-term customers through various channels
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Use insights to inform strategies and provide recommendations to management.
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Facilitate cross-departmental alignment to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Fulfil other tasks and projects assigned by superiors.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years in sales or account management in the logistics or freight forwarding industry, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record with BCOs in industries such as high-tech, automotive, or electronics is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and consultative sales skills.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in strategic thinking and problem-solving under pressure.
