Job Responsibilities 1. Lead BU-level MFG quality team to monitor shop floor quality performance, build up reliable quality control mechanism. Through quality scheme, inspection, optimization & improvement, enable PDCA control cycling, coach and mentor less experienced staff. 2. Non-conforms investigations, drive/coordinate cross function teams for internal quality improvement with deep root cause analysis, define immediate containment actions, monitor / track / address, and close internal & external CAPA timely and effectively. 3. Be responsible for the quality data statistics, analysis, prepare reports for internal & external reporting, participate in the completion of relevant documents including Control Plan, PFMEA, etc. 4. Convert customer voice inside and increase sensitivity of quality detection, identify risk by clarify direction, drive OPS & functional departments participate in customers’ satisfaction improvement. 5. Participate in kinds of internal audits (system, product, process). 6. Monitor measurement department (incoming inspection, in-process inspection & final inspections) to effective quality control in the entire processes. 7. Lab/test center management to ensure products meet mechanical / electrical / reliability test requirements . 8. Participate quality risk assessment in the entire NPI stage by early involvement from manufacturing perspective 9. All other temporary works assigned by superior level, or as support to other functional staff. 10. This position can be manager role or staff engineer role depends on candidate ability.
Job Requirement: 1.10 years or above working experience in manufacturing plant on quality (covering incoming / in process / outgoing quality control, after sales customer service for complaint/application issue handling) 2 .Injection molding process quality management 3.Customer complaint handling knowledge, understand how to handle with different customers from different countries, how to provide fast response & effective problem solving to achieve customer satisfaction so as to build good quality reputation 4.Quality tools, such as Reverse FMEA / CP / MSA / SPC / 8D / 5Why / FTA / Fish bone... 5.Quick decision making with effective problem-solving capability 6 .Good logic thinking. 7. Good oral & written English
