Job Descriptions Work with buyer for Product Development to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery Manage product development and orders, solve any problems occurred during mass production. Price negotiation, sourcing suppliers to meet requirements and advance cost effectiveness Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production Arrange sample submission to customers for approval Handle merchandising related documents Communicate and prepare meeting with suppliers/buyers for USA customers Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements Diploma or Above in Merchandising or related field 7 years + working experiences , at least 2-3 years product developments in Kitchenware or cookware. Working experience in related products in US market is preferred. Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Literate in Microsoft office programs
