*该职位可home office. * *Roles & Responsibilities: -Define market trends, demand for drivers, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape -Conduct market segmentation to develop market segment-specific strategies -Business development in APAC region- Drive sales/TSM team to fuel pipeline - Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking - Develop product roadmaps that aligns with business strategy -Work with R&D and Operations in the development of new products to meet current and future customer requirements -Develop market-based cost targets to align with BU profitability targets, and align product teams to achieve those targets - Manage the product lifecycle, focusing on capacity expansion ramps, and defining the right cost early in design cycles -Establish pricing policy -Attend customer meetings in support of winning new business -Exercise thought leadership -Manage the P&L (sales and gross or standard margin) for the assigned portfolios
*Skills & experience: -Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field -7-10 years of product management and/or engineering experience Relevant product or industry experience desired - Creative and innovative thinker able to provide input on the development of the product strategies and the relevant business plans with the ability to execute -Good capacity for strategy and execution, -Good written and reading English, preferable for good verbal English communication skills. -Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. -Self-driven and reliable; juggle a multitude of tasks some with very short notice.
