Key Responsibilities:
1、Digital Dentistry Expertise & Lab Management: Oversee the daily operations of the dental lab, including managing digital dental equipment, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of restorations. Operate and maintain02CAD software,023D printers, and02milling machines02(metal/zirconia), while ensuring optimal performance and efficient workflow.
2、Prosthetic Design: Utilize02CAD software02to design a range of dental prosthetics, including surgical guides, customized abutments, temporary and final crowns, and more.
3、Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of dental restorations for accuracy, fit, and quality consistency before final delivery.

Requirements:
1、A minimum of025-10 years' experience02as a dental lab technician, with significant expertise in02digital dentistry.
2、Advanced proficiency in02Dental CAD software, with experience designing prosthetics such as surgical guides, abutments, crowns, and more.
3、Hands-on experience operating023D printers02and02milling machines02(metal and zirconia), including post-processing.
4、Strong attention to detail with excellent02esthetic judgment02and knowledge of dental materials.
5、Experience in02lab management02with the ability to oversee lab operations and ensure efficient workflow.
6、Ability to thrive in a02team-oriented environment02and communicate effectively with dental professionals.
