岗位职责:
1.能够通过软件进行DAS类设备的楼宇覆盖并呈现各种覆盖效果图；
2.协助工程人员分析并解决通信工程现场遇到的一些问题；
3.熟练使用IBwave，AutoCAD等设计软件。
4.能够进行室内分布式设计，能够进行整机设备测试；
5.能和美国相关人员进行直接沟通；
任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，具有3年以上移动通信网工程设计及实践经验，对网络设计的整体流程各种环节有较细致的理解、有实际布网经验或网络设计经验者优先；
2.熟悉3G.4G,5G的通信标准，熟悉直放站基本工作原理；
3.熟练使用网络分析仪，频谱仪，信号源等设备；
4.熟练运用IBwave，AUTOCAD、EXCEL、WORD等应用软件。
5.英文读写能力良好，有和外国人长期沟通者优先；
6.工作认真负责，有耐心，沟通能力良好；
Job responsibilities:
1. Can cover the building of DAS equipment through software and present various coverage renderings;
2. Assist engineering personnel to analyze and solve some problems encountered in the communication engineering site;
3. Proficient in IBwave, AutoCAD and other design software.
4. Able to carry out indoor distributed design and complete equipment testing;
5. Able to communicate directly with relevant personnel in the United States;
Qualifications
1.College degree or above, with more than 3 years of mobile communication network engineering design and practical experience, have a more detailed understanding of the overall process of network design, have actual network layout experience or network design experience is preferred;
2. Familiar with 3G, 4G,5G communication standards, familiar with the basic working principle of repeater;
3. Proficient in using network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal source and other equipment;
4. Proficient in IBwave, AUTOCAD, EXCEL, WORD and other application software.
5. Good English reading and writing ability, long-term communication experience with foreigners is preferred;
6. Serious and responsible, patient, good communication skills;
