61 Fulfil full time employee training requirements
61 Complete relevant learning activities and training assigned
61 Attend leadership sessions
61 Complete relevant certifications
61 Understand and assist with operations of each dept
61 Understand the management processes used within each dept
61 Understand and assist with the responsibilities and duties of the supervisors/managers of each dept
61 Understand and work with the operational and financial reporting used by each dept
61 Assist dept managers in meeting productivity and expense to revenue goals within budget
61 Learn how to supervise and mentor employees
61 Develop interpersonal communication and management skills
61 Complete projects as required for selected depts
61 Attend all dept, sales, branch, accounting and management meetings if needed
61 Attend at least two product specific sales or retention calls for each dept During your training there will be many courses and certifications you are required to complete as a Manager Trainee.
Qualifications 61 Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
61 Focused on succeeding, competitive in nature, and eager to learn
