Job Summary: In this role, you will be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project. (电源客户项目管理,NPI&量产,本科,5年以上,英文口语好,对客经验丰富,熟电子制造全流程,熟悉基本的系统--SAP, BAAN, Oracle,报表--V-LOOKUP, 数据透视,PPT) What a typical day looks like: 61 Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets. 61 In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results. 61 Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics. 61 Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities. 61 Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues. 61 In charge of customer07s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions. 61 Maintain current and develop additional business with customers. 61 Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met. 61 Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: 61 Typically requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience. 61 Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in program administration/ management or related area. 61 Demonstrates advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills. 61 Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site. 61 Accountability for the program wellness. 61 Demonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of ODM Power Industrial and related business. 61 Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from external and internal customers. Ability to effectively present information to management, and to the customer. 61 Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. 61 Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint and Excel software. 61 Must be willing to travel to customer sites and to other Flex sites when required.
