Take care of Supplier Quality issues in the whole product life cycle. Plan supply QA: Suppliers audit, suppliers appraisal、Quality agreement、Q fit meeting、Control plan、Failure analysis, component PPAP.

1. You can control the supplier quality by taking care of supplier quality issues in the whole product area.
2. You can control the supplier quality with plan supply QA: Suppliers audit, suppliers appraisal、Quality agreement、Q fit meeting、Control plan、Failure analysis, component PPAP.
3. You can control the supplier quality is stable by preparing review and approve related WI for IQC.
4. You can control the supplier quality is stable by driving supplier for the problem solving and continual improvement.
5. You can increase the customer satisfaction by handling supplier quality issues and customer complaints related to the material.
6. You can act as SQA representative in the whole product life cycle.
7. You can manage and perform IQC teams in Supplier Quality assurance.
8. You can carry out other task assignments by the supervisor.


Mandatory requirements硬性要求
English skill: Fluent in oral english.
Education background： Bachelor degree in quality engineering/electronic engineering/mechanical engineering
Working background：5 years experiences in quality assurance/quality control of electronic products.
Job related certificate ：Internal audit certificate. VDA6.3 auditor certified.
Language skill：Strong communication skills in English.

plus:
1.Knowledge in quality control method/in set up quality system.
2.Experience in problem solving. Familiar with ISO9001, VDA6.3 audit tool is plus. Familiar with various QA tools like six sigma, FMEA, 8D, PPAP, SPC. etc.
3. Good ethics, self-motivated, responsible, team oriented, good interpersonal style to work with different levels of peoples.
