【Key Responsibilities】 1.Logistics Coordination: - Plan and manage the international transportation of goods, including air, sea, and land freight. - Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders to schedule shipments. - Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery. 2.Documentation and Compliance: - Prepare and review necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations. - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements. - Stay updated on changes in international shipping laws and regulations. 3.Customer Service: - Communicate with internal clients to understand their shipping needs and provide solutions. - Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to shipping and delivery. - Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. 4.Risk Management: - oIdentify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them. - Handle claims and disputes related to shipping damages or delays. 5.Reporting and Analysis: - Generate regular reports on logistics performance, including on-time delivery rates and cost analysis. - Use data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the logistics process. - Utilize a strong command of Power BI to create interactive dashboards and visualizations for data-driven decision making. - Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
【Qualifications】 - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Computer Science or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in international logistics or Technology, preferably in a cross-functional environment. - Proficiency in international shipping regulations and documentation. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Familiarity with logistics software and systems. - Strong command of Power BI for data visualization and analysis. - Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
