1.General communication with customer, auditors, office staffs, and other company person; 负责公司外部客户与公司内部沟通 2.Response to Customer inquiries, work with sales/engineer for quotation/test plan; 处理客户咨询, 协助销售/工程师制作测试计划和报价 3.Entry and processing of all projects using company computer systems and database; 使用公司电脑系统安排项目和文件数据维护 4.Project Management: Information collection, project completion, billing, payment and closure of the project; 管理相关项目包括订单创建, 文件准备,样品处理, 协调分包,监督付款情况等等 5.Assist supervisor with handling client’s request and team development; 协助主管处理客户要求和团队发展
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree, Major in Science & Engineering is preferred 学士学位, 科学与工程专业优先 2. Good Oral and Written English 英语读写流利 3. At least 1 year experiences in project management is preferred 具有1年项目管理经验优先 4. Handle various tasks at the same time with initiative, self-responsible working style 以主动、负责的工作风格同时处理各种任务
