Objective: Reporting to the SBU Director, the Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for administrative support, organizing sales statistics, and driving lead generation efforts. This position aims to convert potential customers into long-term clients through analysis and communication.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation and Pre-qualification: 61 Manage customer databases, proactively reach out to potential leads, assess their quality, and conduct pre-qualification. 2. Administrative Support: 61 Manage schedules, set up meetings, and support external sales representatives and the SBU Director in daily operations. 3. Client Relationship Management: 61 Handle C-class customer needs and ensure strong customer relationships. 4. Quotation Process Management: 61 Support the external sales team by issuing quotations using existing tools (such as CPQ and quotation templates) and ensuring proper documentation in the CRM system. 5. Other Administrative Tasks: 61 Execute additional administrative duties within the SBU department to ensure efficient operations and workflows. 6. Best Practices and Process Improvement: 61 Collaborate with management to develop best practices and enhance team productivity. 7. Sales Metrics Maintenance: 61 Assist in creating and maintaining sales metrics , and participate in the preparation for strategic meetings.
