岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities:
负责跨部门协调与沟通，确保产品质量符合公司及客户的要求。
Responsible for cross-department coordination and communication to ensure product quality meets company and customer requirements.

主导产品质量检验、审核及问题解决，确保产品质量在生产全过程中的控制。
Lead product quality inspection, audit, and problem-solving, ensuring quality control throughout the entire production process.

制定并执行产品的质量检验计划，定期进行质量评审与反馈。
Develop and implement product quality inspection plans, conduct regular quality reviews and feedback.

监控供应链质量，协调供应商进行质量改善，推动质量问题的及时解决。
Monitor supply chain quality, coordinate with suppliers for quality improvements, and drive timely resolution of quality issues.

参与公司质量管理体系的建立与优化，提高整体产品质量水平。
Participate in the establishment and optimization of the company’s quality management system to improve overall product quality.

进行质量数据分析，发现潜在质量风险并提出改善建议。
Perform quality data analysis, identify potential quality risks, and propose improvement suggestions.

出具产品质量检验报告，并就相关质量问题给出合理的解决方案。
Issue product quality inspection reports and provide reasonable solutions for related quality issues.

职位要求 / Job Requirements:

学历要求： 本科及以上，质量管理或相关专业优先
Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in quality management or related fields

工作经验： 至少3年及以上QA/QC相关工作经验
Experience: At least 3 years of QA/QC related experience

技能要求 / Skills Requirements:
具备扎实的质量控制及管理知识，能够独立设计、实施和优化质量管理体系
Strong knowledge in quality control and management, with the ability to independently design, implement, and optimize the quality management system

熟悉百货或工艺品行业的质量标准及检验流程
Familiar with quality standards and inspection processes in the department store or craft industry

具有较强的责任心、团队合作精神、沟通能力和问题解决能力
Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, communication skills, and problem-solving ability

精通常用的质量管理工具与方法（如FMEA、8D报告等）
Proficient in common quality management tools and methods (e.g., FMEA, 8D reports)

英语流利，能够与国际团队及客户进行高效沟通
Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively with international teams and clients
