1.Work closely with senior management to translate key initiatives and business needs into strategic and compelling experiences. 2.Based on the international content requests, design and create the marketing materials for international market, including the content for B2B wholesale business and B2C retail business. 3.Create various forms of marketing materials which includes the content of promotion, advertising, branding, company publicity, etc. 4.Create various forms of visual advertisements which includes print, in-store displays, digital and online advertising. 5.Conceptualize, design, provide direction for and oversee the creative production of fully responsive interactive experiences. 6.Understand the structure of the brand’s visual identity and brand standards, and how it is applied in all marketing designs and executed across all media channels and touchpoints. 7.Work professionally with third-party and outside vendors printing, prototyping, or building necessary experiential or real-world media placements. Examples: billboards, posters, graphics etc. 8.Be aware of and bring to the table knowledge of trends in the marketplace that could positively impact the business 9.Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions. 10.Stay current with graphic design best practices, strategies, and industry standards, including compliance with relevant regulations. 11.Maintain reliable attendance. 12.Actively participate in departmental meetings, training, and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup. 13.Complete other assignments and special projects as requested.
