[Key Job Duties and Responsibilities] 1. Plan and forecast budget and revenue and monitor expenses of assigned fairs/projects to maximize company profitability; as well as planning and management of exhibitor and visitor promotional activities to promote the fairs/projects, and monitor the overall work process in operation and promotion schedule to ensure the set deadline and goals are met; 2. Establish and maintain good relationships with sales agents, trade associations, partners and key clients, etc to ensure smooth delivery and execution of sales and marketing activities; liaison with pavilion organizers,associations on logistic arrangement to assure the smooth running of the fairs/projects; 3. Planning of marketing strategy for both local and overseas market to raise awareness of the fairs/projects in the industry worldwide and to achieve the sales goal of specific regions; 4. Be responsible for operating brand related events and activities, completing the whole process of pre-planning and preparation, event organization and execution, publicity and promotion, as well as related business co-operation; 5. Plan and monitor the implementation of on-site fringe programmes to facilitate exhibitor and visitor recruitment; 6. Communicate with internal departments for effective delivery of all fair/project-related works which enhance successful completion of the fairs/projects, such as advertising activities, payment chasers etc.; 7. Drive the team to complete the task assigned, follow up the inquiry/complaint from customers, sales partner, etc escalated from the team to generate sales and achieve customer satisfaction; 8. Supervise on-site management from construction, exhibitor and visitor servicing, to manpower recruitment and deployment, etc, to ensure smooth delivery of the fairs/projects. [Knowledge, Skills & Experience Requirement] 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in BA or marketing is preferable; 2. 6 years solid sales experiences in serving industry with 3 years in managerial capacity; 3. Experience in sports event project management and operation is preferred. 4. Strong interpersonal, customer service, communication and negotiation skills; 5. Innovative, honest, independent, detail-minded, results-oriented and well-organized; 6. Willing to take additional responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet challenges; 7. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is a must; 8. Willing to travel overseas.
