Responsibilities:

61 You are fully responsible for the entire sales process, from independent acquisition of new customers to coordinating all necessary departments, culminating in successful project closure.
61 You identify new customer potential on your own responsibility
61 You take full accountability for achieving project goals concerning costs, deadlines, quality, and product features.
61 You independently plan, monitor, and manage the overall project scope while ensuring the optimal project outcome and adherence to defined project objectives.
61 You actively present ARCTIC products and solutions to clients.
61 You train your counterparts on selected ARCTIC products and services.
61 You define and implement a sustainable acquisition and sales strategy for your designated market segment.
61 You maintain existing customer relationships in a spirit of partnership.
61 You answer customer inquiries, primarily in the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) segment of the business in English by telephone, by e-mail and on online platforms
61 You find the most efficient solution for each of your customers' individual needs

Requirements:

61 Openness, strong communication skills, helpfulness, and a passion for representing the company through customer interaction.
61 A high willingness to learn, enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge, and personal development.
61 Technical affinity with basic knowledge of PC hardware and/or other relevant electronic devices.
61 Initiative and the ability to work independently.
61 Strengths in curiosity and determination.
61 Strong self-discipline and efficient time management.
61 A capacity for self-reflection, a willingness to learn, and openness to implementing feedback.
61 An integrative and cooperative personality aimed at achieving success as part of a team.
61 Business-oriented thinking and motivation driven by shared success.
61 Proficiency in MS Office software.
61 Strong command of English, written and spoken. Additional foreign language will be a plus.
