Responsibilities: - Act as they key technical expert for Solution Assessment execution pertaining to Cloud product, explaining the end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions required. - Secure new customer wins through presenting the Cloud value propositions and differentiation aligning to customers’ needs/ IT initiatives. - Prepare technical insights and key scenarios required to drive the right technical and business solution outcomes including recommendations that address customer pain points. - Scope the technical for customer solutions, position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences to build customer' s consumption plan. - Confirm customer’s implementation requirements and pricing calculations as required, so that the customer receives an accurate projection of anticipated costs in new cloud sought. - Execute thorough technical feasibility assessments and proposal developments for the customers identified solutions. - With understanding in cloud deployment, cloud-based productivity and adoption planning, provide technical advice pertaining to authentication, compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions preferred. - Working with the sales team for post-Solution Assessment to align a proper handover of the migration plan to migration partner or sales account team for final execution. - Meet and exceed the monthly targets for number of solution assessment to be delivered. - Constantly research and educate self with the latest and newest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing for Greater China (GCR) market. Compentencies: - Bachelor' s Degree is preferred. - Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting role managing the cloud business portfolio portfolio in Greater China regions (Mainland China, Hong Kong, ***). - Excellent command of both English and Mandarin language; Cantonese dialect proficiency will be a plus. - Strong product knowledge in cloud products. - Proficiency in Cloud technologies. - Consultative capability to influence customers in an interactive approach. - Guiding them to identify pain points and share best practices in cloud management. - Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support on time.
