Ensure tota Customer Satisfaction and Operational Excelence through solid guidance of staff, a flawless communication and Operations. 1、监督、领导并积极参与海运部门的工作。通过对员工的严格指导、完美的沟通和运营,确保客户满意度和卓越运营。 2. Handle customer consultation on the import and export process of goods before and after shipment, provide tracking and inquiry services, and coordinate specific matters from order acceptance to shipment; 2、处理客户出货前后对货物进出口流程的咨询,提供跟踪和查询服务,协调从接单到出货过程中的具体事宜; 3. Handle customer complaints, disputes and other related tasks assigned by superiors; 3、客户投诉、纠纷的处理及上级交办的其他相关工作; 4. Communicate the tasks assigned by the company leaders and express the feedback information of subordinates; 4、传达公司领导所布置的任务,表达下属的反馈信息; 5. Be able to better allocate, arrange and coordinate the work of department personnel, and arrange the work of on-duty and other tasks; 5、能较好的分配、安排、协调部门人员的工作,安排好值班带班等工作; 6. Guide team members to deal with various emergencies and complete various tasks arranged by superiors. 6、指导团队成员处理各类突发事件,完成上级领导安排的各项工作。 7. Responsible for the construction of the operation team, and provide professional knowledge and operating system training for new operators in the company; 7、负责操作团队的建设,对新进公司的操作人员进行专业知识与操作系统的培训; 8. Regularly organize the launch of new functions of the training system, understand the problems of system use during operation, collect and feedback, and assist IT in optimization; 8、定期组织培训系统新功能上线等工作,了解操作过程中系统使用的问题,进行收集、反馈,协助IT进行优化; 9. Daily management of department subordinates, work guidance, training, work arrangement, inspection and supervision, and follow-up; 9、部门下属日常管理,工作指导、培训、工作安排、检查监督、跟进; 10. Regularly attend the company's supervisor meetings and group meetings; 10、定期参加公司的主管会议以及小组会议; 11. Complete the tasks assigned by superiors on time. 11、按时完成上级领导交办的工作。
Job requirements:岗位要求:
1. College degree or above, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, CET-4 or above; 1、大专以上学历,英语听说读写熟练, CET-4以上; 2. More than 5 years of international freight forwarding business operation experience, including at least 2 years of overseas agent communication and designated freight forwarding operation team management experience, familiar with the operation process of the US-Canada and North American routes is preferred; 2、5年以上国际货代业务操作经验,其中至少有2年以上海外代理沟通及指定货货代操作团队管理经验,熟悉美加、北美航线操作流程优先考虑; 3. Proficient in office software, Office/Excel, etc.; 3、熟练使用办公软件,Office/Excel等; 4. Have a strong sense of work responsibility and take the initiative to deal with various problems arising in the work; 4、有较强的工作责任心,主动处理工作中出现的各类问题;
