Job responsibilities: 1. Monitor team to develop EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and security systems and programs to achieve standardization, lower risk and continuous improvement. 2. Assure safety, environment, occupational health and security measures are in compliance with the laws, regulations and customer requirements. 3. Accommodate external and internal visits or audits in EHS and security areas from local authorities, customers, business partners or internal teams. Identify continuous improvement for effective mechanism to manage PPE (personal protective equipment), safety equipment and facilities, special (dangerous) machines, security facilities, environmental protection facilities. 4. Research opportunity to improve safety management of dangerous work stations i.e. work under heat, work at height, etc. 5. Responsible for environmental protection facilities management and waste management. 6. Measure waste water treatment, waste air emission, boundary noise and other waste treatment to comply with laws and regulations as well as customer expectations. 7. Look for continuous improvement in EHS and Security emergency mechanism and incident supporting system. Drive for energy savings and effective carbon emission management. Plan and coordinate EHS training in the company to foster and enhance employee awareness. 8. Plan and organize emergency response exercises, e.g., emergency evacuation, fire drill, hurricane and flood alerts, pandemic, etc. Enforce 7S management. Job requirements: 1. bachelor above, and at least 10 years of Manufacturing EHS (safety, environmental, health) in manufacturing plants. 2. Certificate of 安全工程师 3. People manager with 10+ people size and at least 5 years team managerial experience 4. Familiar on C-PTA (防恐)\ ISO13485\ ISO5001\ ISO14001\ ISO17001\SMETA\SCAN\EcoVadis 5. English as working language, had SME responsibilities to work with foreigners ( other site counter parties and auditor) 6. Engineering background is a plus 7. ESG is a plus 8.
