What You’ll Do
The Job as a Sales Manager here, you’ll be part of our team located in Shenzhen.
61 Planning and implementing sales activities to develop new business in the responsible industries, such as consumer electronics, smart home, drones, robotics, energy storage, etc.
61 Provide RFQs to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
61 Present products and technical solutions to customers, informing them about new product services, pricing, changes, etc.
61 Attend technical seminars or other events to maintain long-term customer-supplier relationships and seize new business opportunities.
61 Visit customers regularly to better understand their needs, maintain current business, and seek new opportunities to achieve annual sales targets.
61 Ensure order security and collaborate with customer service and the factory to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
61 Manage inventory with the support of customer service, and in case of anticipated delivery risks, alert customers in advance using appropriate methods acceptable to them to balance timely delivery and minimum freight costs.
61 Coordinate and collaborate with various groups within the organization to responsibly handle customer complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolution and seizing opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and generate new sales.
61 Gather market information that aids in decision-making, marketing, and sales strategy planning.
61 Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
61 Prepare various sales reports.
61 Conduct business in a professional manner, adhering to the company's code of business ethics and other policies.
61 Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Who You Are

A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
At least 5 years of industry sales experience. Experience in consumer electronics, smart home, drones, robotics, energy storage, etc., is preferred. Experience in fastener industry sales is also a plus.
Strong sales methods and skills, with the ability to develop new business and a proven track record of successfully developing new business.
Excellent planning, communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Team player with the ability to collaborate across all levels to complete tasks, possessing a strong sense of urgency and willingness to travel frequently.
Self-motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Proficient in computer and office software skills.
Good English reading and writing skills.
