This position is focus on warehouse operation and transportation arrangement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:02

Oversee daily inbound and outbound operations, including ERP operations, shipping document handling, and monitoring warehouse operations.

Manage the import of goods from bonded areas and APAC countries, prepare full set declaration documents, and resolve any customs issues that arise.

Ensure accurate inventory management and enhance Days of Inventory (DOI).

Manage warehouse operations, review performance, and develop corrective action plans with suppliers.

Verify and arrange payments for various billings, including warehouse, transportation, package material and labelling.

Coordinate logistics functions with other departments and resources. Lead the execution of logistics plans.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES / EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:02
Minimum of three years of experience in logistics functions.
Bachelor’s degree required;
Familiarity with TMALL, JD, and DOUYIN platform rules related to logistics functions.
Experience in Production and Material Control (PMC) is a priority.
Ability to work independently, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and maintain self-motivation.

Good written and verbal English Communication skills.

Negotiate with suppliers to achieve reasonable transportation quotations.
