职位概述：
This position is responsible for maintaining important customers for South Central HDL and TCP, which aims to ensure quality service to key accounts and support Hunter sales staff in customer maintenance to achieve departmental sales goals.

岗位职责：
1. Organized sales activities and achieved sales targets of the team and department; (40%).
a. Improve sales efficiency and evaluate sales performance regularly;
b. Improve customer satisfaction;
c. Visit customers and establish good relationships;
d. Assist sales manager in marketing activities;
e. Follow up incoming material orders and late payment control;
f. Develop reputable institutions as long-term partners and reject bad ones;
2. Monitor competition from the following perspectives; (20%).
a. Emergence of new competitors;
b. New services offered by existing competitors;
c. Expanding the geographical reach of competition through joint ventures, partnerships and opening new offices;
3. Analyze market demand, customer expectation and overall business environment; (8%).
4. Assist to maintain important customers in the region; (10%).
5. Coordinate exhibition activities with Marketing Department and Hunter sales Team colleagues; (5%).
6. Cooperate with BD managers or sales managers in other departments to develop cross-selling; (7%).
7. Report to the department manager on sales performance, targets, business plans, recent market development, key account management, new testing capabilities, etc. (10%)

任职条件：
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 3 years of related working experience in Toys or Hardline testing field or sales function;
3. Proven experience in developing or contributing to business strategy;
4. Entrepreneurial and a strong relationship builder with clients and business development skills;
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills;
6. Aggressive and self-motivated, detail oriented, eager to achieve target in business plan;
7. Strong leadership and people management skills;
8. Open-minded and a team player;
9. Analytical and fluent in English and Mandarin;
10. Able to work independently and handle multi-task under pressure.
