Senior Project Officer Job Description Job Responsibilities: 1.Customer Communication and Coordination: ①Assist the project manager in independently communicating with customers to gather and confirm project-related information (e.g., project plans, audits, visits). ②Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to ensure project requirements are well-understood and effectively executed.
2.Requirement Analysis and Follow-Up: ①Understand and analyze customer project requirements (e.g., quality standards, technical specifications). ②Accurately convey requirements to internal teams and ensure timely follow-up and resolution to meet customer expectations.
3.Project Planning and Monitoring: ①Develop sample plans in collaboration with the project manager and allocate project resources efficiently. ②Monitor project trackers, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of all milestones.
4.Delivery Management and Risk Reporting: ①Oversee sample order delivery processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. ②Identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies, and report project risks and status updates to the project manager.
5.Meeting Coordination and Reporting: ①Arrange and facilitate meetings at various project stages, ensuring clear communication of project updates. ②Prepare detailed meeting minutes, assign follow-up tasks, and track progress on resolutions. ③Provide accurate and concise project status reports to the project manager and relevant stakeholders.
6.Customer Engagement: ①Organize customer visits and meetings, ensuring all necessary information and resources are well-prepared. ②Represent the company in a professional manner during customer interactions and discussions.
7.Budgeting and Cost Control: ①Assist in formulating IO budgets and managing cost control measures. ②Manage the procurement of template stage accessories, molds, and fixtures while ensuring cost efficiency.
8.Bulk Production Follow-Up: ①Track the progress of bulk goods production and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery to customers with the required quality standards.
Job Requirements: 1.Educational Background: ①Bachelor’s degree or above in English, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2.Experience: ①3-5 years of project management or coordination experience, preferably in manufacturing or related industries. ②Experience in handling customer-facing roles and managing cross-functional projects is highly desirable.
3.Language Proficiency: ①Strong oral and written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and clients.
4.Technical Knowledge: ①Familiarity with production processes and quality standards. ②Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, ERP systems).
