Job Summary :
Handle customer complaint; coordinate with manufacture for corrective action report, in-bund quality control, ISO coordination, FAI management


Job Responsibilities:
1. Review and handle customer complaint, initially verify complaint valid or not.
2. For valid complaint that coordinating with manufacture for corrective action report.
3. For pending case that communicating with manufacture and customer for detail information includes sample and application.
4. Perform necessary containment action locally in the in-bund stock includes quarantine, sorting, replacement, scrap, etc.
5. Take leadership on annual ISO auditing includes internal audit, documents update, etc.
6. Leading non-PEM products FAI processing, submit, filing.


Job Requirements:

1.College graduate with Engineering and Mechanical design background is preferred.
2.Above 3 year working experience either in Quality / engineering /R&D department of electronic and mechanical industry is an advantage.
3.Be familiar with PC software
4.Good command of English with CET 6.
5.Application knowledge of Auto CAD is an advantage.
6.Be active and cooperative to learn new things.
