General Description 1. Responsible for sales support, including: a) Handling customer inquiries & complaints b) RFQ / Tender Management c) Handling weekly adhoc quotation, on-line bidding. d) Renew contract. e) QBR material preparation
Specific Accountabilities 1. Prepare quotations and response for rate enquiries (overseas or local customers) for Sales when necessary 2. Act as a key customer contact for pricing and coordinate with Air/Ocean Freight dept. for scheduling and shipping if need. 3. Provide service information to customers 4. As the back up to take care of all customer related matters during the absence of outside sales / tradelane manager (leave /business trip / sick) 5. Assist Air/Ocean Freight dept. to smoothen the operation if needed
Skills Required 1. Knowledge of International Trade, Transportation and relevant Laws, Regulations, Process and Procedures 2. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
Experience and Qualifications 1. University graduated or above 2. Minimum 3 years working experience in logistics industry with operation background, among which at least 1 year experience in Sales Administration/Key Account
Working Relationships 1. External: customers and overseas agent 2. Internal: operations, customer services and Finance staff.
Key Outcomes 1. Complete customer pricing inquiries at a timely and accurately manner 2. Provide high-quality service to clients and keep the reasonable relationship with client
