Job Requirements
1. Demonstrate a robust understanding of business objectives and commercial strategies, coupled with knowledge of system capabilities. Collaborate seamlessly with business units to evaluate the viability and priority of requirements, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals. 2. Be well-versed in the entire product design lifecycle and adept at utilizing a range of tools. Produce high-caliber research and analysis reports, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and flow charts, underpinned by a foundational technical comprehension. 3. Possess data analysis skills, think clearly and adaptively, and excel at devising solutions and driving continuous improvement and optimization initiatives. 4. Boast 4-5+ years of experience in product management or operations, ideally within cross-border e-commerce, marketing, B2B, or big data sectors. 5. Communicate fluently in both Chinese and English. Hold a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates with overseas educational or professional experience. 6. Be a self-motivated individual capable of navigating the organizational landscape independently, engaging with stakeholders, and fostering positive and productive working relationships.
