岗位职责：

Maintain MRP master data and process workflow in SAP
维护和跟进SAP 中的主计划和流程
Plan, update and improve master production schedule according to customer forecast and resources
根据客户预测和资源情况，计划、更新和改进月、周和日生产计划
Customer PO management and ensure on time delivery to customer
客户订单管理，确保按时向客户交货
Evaluate production capacity and work with production to secure the required rescource
产能评估，与生产部门协作确保交付。
Forecast accuracy management, history and forecast trends analysis
预测准确性管理、历史和预测趋势分析
Balance demands and supply to optimize the production resource

Inventory Management FERT and HALB

Job Qualifications:
岗位要求：

· 1+ years production planning experience
1年以上工厂生产计划岗位经验
· Excellent/agile communication skills，Fast learner, able to work under pressure and high changing world
优秀/灵活的沟通能力，快速学习能力，工作抗压性强
· Good logic and data analysis capability, Excellent in excel
良好的逻辑和数据分析能力，擅长使用excel
· Preferred SAP experience/SMT industry working experiences/Good English skills
有SAP系统操作经验/SMT工艺的工厂工作经验/良好的英语能力优先
