Responsibilities 主要工作职责 :
Work in conjunction with US Engineering and APAC Supply Base to develop new products. Ensure new products are delivered in a timely manner, and the products meet agency, performance, safety, quality, and customer requirements. Provide technical expertise to suppliers when necessary.
协同亚太地区供应商和美国总部进行新产品开发，保证项目按时完成，并确保产品在安全、性能和品质方面达到开发要求，同时为供应商提供必要的技术支持。

Requirements 职位要求：
1. University degree (Engineering) required
统招本科学历，机械设计/自动化/机电一体化等工程类专业
2. 3-5 years' experience in new product development and project management of small kitchen appliances products, like power tools or similar product; proficient in product design and development process.
3-5年电动类家电产品新产品开发及项目管理经验，熟悉家电类产品设计与开发 流程
3. Familiar with quality improvement and manufacturing process, good at problem solving skills, experience in Quality system is preferred.
了解质量改进及工艺制造流程，善于解决技术问题，有质量体系工作经验者优先考虑
4. Proficiency in the use of MS Office as well as product design software of SolidWorks, Pro/E or UG, etc.
熟练使用MS office 办公软件及SolidWorks , Pro/E或UG等产品设计软件
5. Familiarity with electronic circuit diagrams is preferred.
熟悉电路图者优先考虑
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
具备良好人际交往能力，善于沟通
7. Fluent in spoken and written English.
英语听、说、读、写熟练
8. Willing to have business travels in APAC countries.
