We are looking for candidate who has experience to create new business opportunities by developing new target segments, leverage our existing products for new markets and customers and provide competitive analysis from a technical and business model perspective.
Will need to have strong engagement with customers and Global Sales on product positioning, create value propositions for our products.
Solid engagement with cross functional team (engineering, projects & Ops team) on the deliverables of the strategy plans and growth expectations.
Responsibilities:
● Understand the humanoid robotics market and market trends and propose new business ideas/opportunities with long-term business plans, strategies, and competitive analysis and growth expectations to ensure profitable business growth through a sustainable business model. ● Develop a differentiated product line targeting key applications together with the engineering team based on market pain points and needs. ● Develop and lead the execution of a long-term strategic plan including target. markets/applications, internal and external milestones, and execution plan. ● Own the pricing and commercial terms as well as profitability for the responsible products. ● Work closely with sales to develop customer relationships across different levels of the organization. Hold regular business review with customers for business performance review and to find more new opportunities. ● Lead the Product Management team and coordinate actions between the Project Management team, Engineering, Sales, and other functions including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality. ● Drive sales activities to meet and exceed the annual sales budget. Ensure tight coordination and alignment between regional sales teams.
Qualification:
● >10 years of experience in B2B experience working for companies in exceed of $200M. ● Relevant work experience including product engineering and business development ● Experience in robotic systems, complex mechanical, electro-mechanical knowledge highly preferred. ● Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering electrical engineering preferred. ● Strategic thinking and strong business acumen. Business development experience in China or other developing markets preferred. ● Good communication skills, negotiation, and presentation skills ● Result orientated with strong leadership skills. Ability to work across regions and cultures preferred. ● Excellent project management and problem-solving skills. ● Proficiency in English and fluency in Chinese preferred. ● People Management experience optional
