ABOUT THE JOB Outform is one of the world’s leading retail innovation agencies, creating interactive retail solutions, as well as traditional fixtures and fittings for some of the world’s biggest retail brands. We have been producing our solutions in China for almost 20 years, and have recently broken into the APAC market, landing projects in China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, and India.
OUTFORM APAC is looking for a talented Account & Project Manager (APM) role, who will help manage production, and client communications with retail projects, including props, pop-ups, displays, store design, and digital devices. This may include sourcing, negotiating costs, ensuring effective and regular communication with clients and proper management of client accounts. The APM main role is to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budge, improve communication with clients, and execute the project together with the PM/AM. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Pricing & quotations for retail projects 2. Client management: communication and relationship growth 3. Project management: on time, and on budget 4. Critical thinking & problem solving
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. At least 3-5 years of account management, or project management in design, retail, events, or manufacturing. 2. Bachelor's degree or above 3. Bilingual; Fluent English OR Native Chinese, with competency in the other language. 5. Currently living in Shanghai or Shenzhen 6. Experience communicating directly with brands/customers in China or Wider APAC 7. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to provide effective support to a large number of client accounts 8. Great computer skills, and experience in using office applications, project management tools, conferencing tools, and the like 9. Great Critical-Thinking Skills 10. Strong Communication Ability 11. Able to solve problems independently 12. Willingness and ability to travel
