Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead the end-to-end product development process, ensuring high performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. 2.Work with global, cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, industrial design, supply chain, and quality assurance to drive product design and execution. 3.Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and component suppliers, ensuring efficient development, production, and quality control. 4.Work closely with Shenzhen-based factories and global supply chain teams to drive timely product launches. 5.Lead product development timelines, ensuring products are launched on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. 6.Lead RFQ (Request for Quote) and bid processes with suppliers and manufacturing partners, ensuring competitive pricing and cost efficiency. 7.Drive cost negotiations with suppliers and contract manufacturers to achieve optimal COGS while maintaining high product quality. 8.Own financial performance management of the product line, monitoring gross margins, cost structures, and pricing strategies to ensure profitability. 9.Work closely with finance and supply chain teams to track material costs, logistics expenses, and cost-saving opportunities. 10.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, including time to market, quality/reliability metrics, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: 1.7+ years of experience in product development or product management. 2.Experience working with OEMs, ODMs, and suppliers in China, particularly in power electronics. 3.Proven ability to lead complex product development projects, from concept to mass production. 4.Strong knowledge of certifications, safety regulations, and compliance standards. 5.Fluent in English & Mandarin to effectively collaborate with international and local teams.
