一、岗位主要职责/Main responsibilities
1.Responsible tor South China region sales, achieve budget and incremental growth target by develop new accounts and acquire new projects
2.Keep tracking and monitoring legacy projects order booking and customer inventory stock, ensure forecast accuracy
3.Development and realisation of Sales/Marketing plans and activities.
4.Ability to travel when necessary, with frequency 50%+
5.Others if necessary assigned by line manager

1.负责华南地区的销售，通过开发新客户和获得新项目来实现预算和增量增长目标
2.持续跟踪和监控遗留项目订单预订和客户库存，确保预测准确性
3.制定并落实销售/市场计划和活动
4.能够根据需要出差，出差频率50%以上
5.其他必要时由直属经理指派的工作

二、岗位任职资格/Job qualifications
1. Bachelor +
2.3+ years sales experience in relative positions and preferred with experience on connector industrial
3.Proactively and accountability to work, result oriented
4.Pretty good communicate ability, team collaboration spirit
5.Strong negotiation skills and professional selling skills
6.Spoken and written English capability

1. 本科以上学历
2.3年以上销售经验，连接器行业优先
3.积极主动，工作负责，以结果为导向
4.良好的沟通能力，团队协作精神
5具有较强的谈判技巧和专业销售技能
6.具备英语口头和书面表达能力
